1xwin Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

By accessing the 1xwin platform at 1xwin.wine, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 1xwin. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 1xwin platform.

All deposits at 1xwin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1xwin accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier: Bronze (standard limit), Silver (higher), Gold (Rs 2,00,000), Platinum (Rs 5,00,000), Elite (Rs 20,00,000) and Diamond (Rs 50,00,000 and above).
• Standard withdrawal processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash is under 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.

• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Opening or operating more than one 1xwin account, or assisting another person to open an account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions.
• Using false, stolen or borrowed identity documents during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds through a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Using the 1xwin platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal purpose.

1xwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Unresolved chargeback disputes raised with a payment provider.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

If your account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance that arose from bonus funds, exploited errors or prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
